Beginning August 2, 2021, all visitors to the Library must once again wear masks while inside the Library. The City of Newport has declared that masks must be worn inside all city buildings. This includes the Library. We thank you for your continued cooperation.
I was notified that my item is ready for pick up. How can I pick up my item?
Please use the parking lot entrance and look for your bagged item(s) on the tables, they are arranged alphabetically by last name. Please note: These items have already been checked out to you.
Are computers available?
Computers for public use are located on the main floor of the Library in the Reference area.
Are printing and copying available?
Printing and copying are available. To send us print requests from your mobile device for pickup click here . Please note: prints must be picked up same day within 5 hours of sending the print Stop by the Reference desk on the main floor of the Library to pick up your prints. Prints and copies are .15 cents for black & white, and .30 cents per page for color.
Is 3D printing available?
Please use this form to submit your 3D print request. You will be notified when your project is ready for pickup.
Is the Library accepting book donations?
The Friends’ Bookstore is now accepting donations. For more information click here.
Is scanning available?
Yes, a flat-bed scanner is available. There is no charge for scanning.
Are faxing and notary services available?
Faxing and notary services are available Tuesday-Friday in the Administration office on the lower lobby. Notary services are also available at the Reference desk. Please call ahead before visiting 401-847-8720 x100.
