Join us Saturday July 18th at 2pm to unearth a sunny flower or tiny dinosaur with needle felting as part of our summer reading programming! In this crafting workshop, we will use colorful wool roving, and special felting needles to create imaginative creatures and flowers. No experience necessary, all supplies will be provided.
Note: Flowers are beginner friendly and dinosaurs are best if you already have experience with needle felting.

Jeanette Bradley has been an urban planner, an apprentice pastry chef, and the artist-in-residence for a traveling art museum on a train. Now she writes, draws, and edits books for kids. She is the author and illustrator of Something Great and Love, Mama, and co-creator of the nonfiction poetry anthologies No Voice Too Small, No World Too Big, and No Brain The Same. Her books have won the Green Earth Book Award and the Social Justice Literature Award. Jeanette lives in Rhode Island with her family.
