Hadley Henna for Teens & Tweens
Ages 10 – 18
Hadley Henna will be visiting the Library to provide free henna for tweens and teens. Games will be provided for those who wish to stay for the duration of the program, or you are welcome to drop in.
Permission slips are required for this program and can be found on the registration page or can be filled out at the time of the program.
Teen: Wood Burning Bookmarks
Explore the art of pyrography as we create stunning designs on wooden bookmarks. *Ages 13-18. Registration appreciated. Meet in YA Area, craft in the park.
Teen: Paint an Aquidneck Shell
For teens and tweens Grades 5-12. Aquidneck Shells are hand-painted shells hidden around the island to brighten peoples’ days! Paint your own with us! Held in the Children’s Program Room.
Teen: Clay Magnets
Create your own clay magnet on Tuesday, July 23rd & Tuesday, July 30th. The first date we will sculpt, the second we will paint. Open to teens and tweens Grades 5-12.
Teen Tie-Dye Party
We’ll have bucket hats and t-shirts available for you to tie-dye! Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting stained just in case! Grades 5-12. We will meet in the YA Area and tie-dye in the park.
