The First Bright Thing by JR Dawson- Post World War I, a circus troupe travels to the Midwest, where another dark magical circus shows up and threatens to destroy their group.

Fire on the Levee by Jared Fisherman and Joseph Hooper– Authors Fisherman and Hooper investigate the death of Henry Glover, a man whose remains were found in New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina. Glover’s autopsy suspiciously listed no cause of death.
